At Riverside Relics, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making your shopping experience straightforward and enjoyable. If for any reason you are not happy with your gear, we are here to help.

This policy outlines how you can return or exchange your items. Please read it carefully to ensure a smooth and easy process.

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all original tags attached.

Eligible & Non-Returnable Items

  • Eligible for Return:
    • Apparel (Performance Shirts, Button-Up Shirts, T-Shirts, Polos)
    • Bags & Storage products
  • Not Eligible for Return (Final Sale):
    • Due to their nature, Lines, Leaders, and Lures are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used. If these items have a manufacturing defect upon arrival, please refer to our Warranty Policy
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
    • Gift Cards.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us to Initiate

Please send an email to our customer support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request: [Your Order Number]".

In your email, please include:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, not what I expected, etc.).
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size/color.

Step 2: Package Your Item(s)

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  • If your return is rejected because it does not meet our conditions (e.g., it has been worn, washed, or is missing tags), we will contact you to arrange for it to be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item for a full refund.

Alternatively, if you would like to request a direct exchange, please specify the new size or color you would like in your initial return email. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
